“It’s time to sell.”

We don’t sell an aircraft by uploading some pictures and waiting for another broker to call.

We learn the airplane — its maintenance history, equipment, upgrades, strengths, upcoming expenses, what separates it from the aircraft competing against it, and what a sophisticated buyer and their prebuy team are going to question. Because we’ve spent decades on the other side of the table buying aircraft, managing prebuys and operating airplanes after closing, we know what serious buyers look for. That lets us position an aircraft honestly, reach buyers through the public market and our network of owners, and defend its value with facts rather than salesmanship.

When negotiations begin, we negotiate hard. We’re also experienced mediators: we listen to what the buyer actually needs and what the seller actually needs, then look for solutions that keep small disagreements from wrecking otherwise excellent transactions. The aim is the right airplane with the right buyer, and a deal both sides are comfortable closing.

How it works

  1. 01

    Valuation against real comps

What the type is actually trading at, not what a guide says. Where your specific airframe, engines, and avionics sit in that range, and what a realistic number looks like.

  2. 02

    Records and readiness

Logbooks reconciled, damage history and airworthiness directives documented, discrepancies addressed before a buyer’s inspector finds them. Most deals die here; this is where the work goes.

  3. 03

    Presentation and market

Photography, spec sheet, and a listing that reads like the airplane. Marketed on- and off-market to buyers and brokers who actually deal in the type.

  4. 04

    Buyer prebuy and closing

Managing their inspection, negotiating findings on the evidence, and closing through escrow and title with your advisors.
